Untuk mendapatkan dan menggunakan update PCMAV ini, Anda cukup menjalankan PCMAV Cleaner (PCMAV-CLN.exe), komputer harus dalam keadaan aktif terhubung ke Internet (non-proxy). Fitur Automatic Updates dari PCMAV akan secara otomatis men-download dan meng-update database dari PCMAV.
