Jakarta - Selaku parpol pengusung pasangan SBY-Boediono, jajaran Partai Demokrat (PD) sama sekali tidak alergi terhadap unjuk rasa yang akan berlangsung hari ini. Namun hendaknya isu yang dikemukakan proporsional agar sikap kritis itu membawa manfaat bagi masyarakat.

Lalu bagaimanakah isu yang proporsional itu? Ketua FPD Anas Urbaningrum mempunyai jawabannya.

"Mengkritik kekurangan dan mendesak pemerintah untuk bekerja lebih baik. Itu adalah isu yang proporsional," jawabnya melalui telepon, Rabu (27/1/2010).

Lalu bagaimana pula isu yang tidak proporsional? Menurut Anas, yang tergolong isu demikian adalah mendesak mosi tidak percaya lalu menuntut mundur presiden atau wapres yang rakyat pilih secara demokratis serta memvonis pemerintahan gagal dengan ukuran 100 hari kerja pertama di saat semua departemen berjalan baik.

"Itu malah bertentangan dengan prinsip demokrasi," sambungnya.

Lebih lanjut mantan anggota KPU ini menegaskan, demokrasi yang sedang Indonesia bangun adalah demokrasi yang sehat, dewasa dan berguna bagi masyarakat. Itu artinya aksi-aksi politik harus berjalan sesuai aturan dalam konstitusi dan bukan berdasar selera atau kepentingan elit politik tertentu.

"Kalau selera sendiri-sendiri yang memandu, demokrasi kita akan jatuh ke jurang anarki yang merupakan harapan dari orang-orang yang diragukan kewarasannya. Itu merupakan penyakit dan ancaman bagi demokrasi kita," pungkas Anas.

KPK Masih Menjadi Raja di Hati Rakyat

Jakarta - Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) masih menjadi raja di hati rakyat Indonesia. Rakyat sangat percaya pada KPK dalam memberantas korupsi dibanding pada Kepolisian, Kejaksaan dan Pengadilan.

Demikian hasil survei evaluasi publik Lembaga Survei Indonesia (LSI) terhadap 100 hari pertama pemerintahan yang dilakukan pada 2.900 responden dari seluruh Indonesia pada 7-20 Januari 2010.

Di antara 5 lembaga, KPK, Pemerintahan, Polisi, Kejaksaan dan Pengadilan, KPK paling baik kinerjanya dalam memburu koruptor.

Setidaknya 66 persen responden menilai kinerja KPK sangat baik, diikuti Pemerintah sebesar 59 persen, Polisi dengan 54 persen, Kejaksaan dengan 48 persen dan Pengadilan mendapatkan suara paling rendah, 46 persen.

"Dalam penegakan hukum terutama dalam penanganan korupsi, KPK dianggap paling baik kinerjanya dibanding Kepolisian, Kejaksaan dan Pengadilan," ujar Direktur Eksekutif LSI Dodi Ambardi saat jumpa pers di Jl Terusan Lembang, Menteng, Jakarta Pusat, Rabu (27/1/2010).

Jumlah responden yang memandang baik dan sangat baik kinerja Kepolisian, Kejaksaan dan Pengadilan cenderung menyusut seiring meningkatnya pendidikan responden. Namun hal sebaliknya terjadi pada KPK.

"Kecenderungan yang berbeda ini tampak berhubungan dengan kepercayaan publik yang tinggi terhadap KPK, dan kepercayaan rendah terhadap Kepolisian, Kejaksaan dan Pengadilan," papar Dodi.

KPK juga menempati posisi ketiga dengan 65 persen pilihan responden untuk kinerja lembaga negara yang baik atau sangat baik. Posisi itu dikalahkan oleh kerja Presiden dengan 80 persen pilihan responden dan TNI/tentara dengan posisi pertama dengan 82 persen pilihan responden.

Kendati KPK masih mencuri hati rakyat, namun kinerja pemerintah dalam menangani masalah korupsi melorot tajam dari 84 persen pada Juli 2009 menjadi 59 persen pada Januari 2010.

Sementara 3 lembaga terendah yang baik kinerjanya adalah partai politik (48 persen), Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian (49 persen) dan Kejaksaan Agung (50 persen).

Metode survei ini adalah wawancara tatap muka dengan margin error sebesar 2 persen pada tingkat kepercayaan 95 persen. Sampel diambil secara multistage random sampling.

Liege - Warga kota Liege, Belgia, dikagetkan oleh robohnya sebuah apartemen. Bangunan yang sebelumnya berdiri kokoh tiba-tiba rontok tanpa ada gempa maupun kejadian alam lainnya. Akibatnya, puluhan orang terluka dan 2 orang masih tertimbun reruntuhan.

Penyebab kejadian rupanya disebabkan oleh ledakan gas di salah satu kamar apartemen. Setelah bangunan runtuh, sempat terjadi kebakaran.

Bangunan yang hancur meliputi jendela, dan puluhan mobil yang terparkir di sekitar lokasi kejadian. Waktu robohnya gedung diduga terjadi pada puku 1:45 waktu setempat, Rabu (27/1/2010).

Seperti dilansir news.com.au, ada 20 orang yang dilaporkan cidera. Salah satunya adalah seorang gadis 13 tahun yang berhasil diselamatkan setelah sempat terjebak di reruntuhan.

"Kami masih mencari orang yang tertimbun. Meskipun kami belum yakin siapa orangnya," ujar salah satu petugas penyelamat, Baccus.

Saat ini, tim penyelamat masih mencari data orang yang berada di dalam gedung saat kejadian.

Sementara itu, 50 orang lainnya terpaksa mengungsi akibat robohnya apartemen tersebut. Saat ini, warga yang rumahnya hancur tinggal sementara di sebuah hotel lokal.

Yogyakarta Diguncang Gempa 5,2 SR

Jakarta - Setelah gempa di Perairan Timor Leste, wilayah Yogyakarta juga diguncang gempa. Namun, kekuatan gempa tidak terlalu besar, hanya sebesar 5,2 Skala Richter (SR).

Diinformasikan situs BMKG, Kamis (28/1/2010), gempa terjadi pada pukul 03. 39 WIB. Lokasi gempa berada di 115 Km Tenggara Wonosari, 126 km Barat Daya Wonogiri, 132 km Tenggara Bantul, dan 141 km Tenggara kota Yogyakarta.

Pusat gempa berada di kedalaman 17 Km. Gempa ini tidak berpotensi tsunami. Beluma ada laporan kerusakan dan korban akibat kejadian ini.

Sebelumnya, gempa berkekuatan 5,5 SR mengguncang kawasan Timor Leste. Pada Rabu 27 Januari malam, kawasan Sulawesi Utara juga diguncan gempa berkekuatan 5,0 SR.

Sebagai informasi, dari sampel-sampel virus yang di-upload pengguna ke situs Smadav.net, penyebaran virus lokal saat ini sudah mulai turun drastis di Indonesia. Mungkin ini dikarenakan sudah banyaknya antivirus lokal yang bisa membasmi virus-virus lokal. Dan juga karena pengguna Windows XP yang sudah berkurang karena sebagian sudah meng-upgrade sistem operasinya menjadi Windows Vista atau Windows 7 yang sangat aman dari infeksi virus khususnya virus lokal. Penyebaran virus di Indonesia lebih banyak didominasi oleh virus dan malware internasional yang tentunya tidak bisa diatasi Smadav. Anda wajib dan sangat disarankan menggunakan antivirus internasional untuk perlindungan komputer Anda dari virus dan malware internasional ini.

Smad-Behavior
Hampir semua virus lokal baru yang masih menggunakan teknik virus lokal untuk menginfeksi sistem akan terdeteksi oleh Smadav. Virus lokal ini dapat dideteksi dari tingkah lakunya yang langsung menginfeksi sistem sesaat setelah tereksekusi. Jadi, tidak masalah lagi bagi Smadav untuk mencegah virus lokal baru yang belum ada di database.

Digabungkan dengan Antivirus Internasional
Smadav dibuat dengan tujuan untuk membersihkan dan melindungi komputer Anda dari virus-virus lokal yang banyak menyebar di Indonesia. Jadi, Smadav tidak mampu mendeteksi virus internasional. Oleh karena itu, Kalau Anda sering berinternet atau sering meng-install program-program baru, Anda wajib dan sangat disarankan untuk menginstall satu antivirus internasional untuk digabungkan dengan Smadav. Smadav dapat digabungkan dengan hampir semua antivirus internasional. Setelah digabungkan, Smadav akan melindungi komputer Anda dari virus lokal dan antivirus internasional tersebut yang akan melindung Anda dari virus internasional secara keseluruhan. Antivirus Internasional itu misalnya yang gratis adalah Avira, AVG, atau Avast dan yang berbayar misalnya adalah Kasperksy, Norton, atau NOD32.

Smad-Ray dan Pengebalan Flashdisk
Smad-Ray adalah scan cepat flashdisk (maksimum 5 detik) sesaat setelah flashdisk terpasang sehingga tanpa menunggu lama Anda bisa segera tahu apakah flashdisk Anda terinfeksi virus lokal atau tidak. Pengebalan flashdisk dilakukan Smadav dengan menambahkan folder autorun.inf di flashdisk Anda sehingga virus yang biasanya menginfeksi flashdisk akan sangat sulit menyebar karena file autorun-nya tidak bisa lagi dibuat di flashdisk Anda. Pengebalan ini akan dilakukan setelah Anda menyetujui konfirmasi yang muncul sesaat setelah flashdisk terpasang.

* Scan flashdisk sangat cepat hanya 5 detik (Smad-Ray) tidak hanya men-scan bagian terluar flashdisk saja, tapi juga sampai semua file di flashdisk
* Smadav Pro yang di-password tidak mempunyai hak akses untuk mengubah registry dengan Smadav
* Notifikasi (Balloon Tray) awal pada saat start-up sudah tidak ada lagi
* Smad-behavior sudah sempurna dan dengan tampilan baru ketika memperingatkan user
* Konfirmasi penambahan folder autorun.inf untuk pengebalan flashdisk sesaat setelah flashdisk terpasang, user bebas memilih untuk mengebalkan flashdisk-nya atau tidak
* Folder Smad-Lock/Brankas Smadav tidak lagi otomatis ditambahkan di FD tapi harus manual lewat tab Smad-Lock
